Established in 1977, Urology Associates of Elkhart, Inc. has grown to include four board-certified. American-trained urologists, Dr. Jerald A. Hochstetler, Dr. Anish H. Nayee, Dr. Michael H. Thomas and Dr. Peter C. Fretz. The Goshen office is located at 105 N. Nappanee Street. All physicians are on staff at Goshen General Hospital and Elkhart General Hospital and the practice participates in most area discount insurance plans. Medicare assignment is accepted.
Drs. Thomas, Hochstetler, Nayee and Fretz specialize in urology and are trained in innovative procedures such as shodk wave lithotripsy for kidney stones, thermal microwave therapy and laser surgery for prostate enlargement and sling procedures for female stress incontinence. In addition they offer diagnosis and treatment for vasectomy and vasectomy reversals, male impotence and infertility, bladder and kidney infections, cancers of the prostate, bladder and kidney, urinary incontinence (leaking), and bedwetting. New patients are welcome by self referral and physician referral.
