Time Services is a third generation family owned business headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana, operating in 18 locations throughout the Great Lakes region of Indiana & Michigan, with a franchise in Ohio. Irwin Bone, the founder of Time Services, as a natural progression for the owner of an executive search business called Bone Personnel, became one of the first licenses of Kelly Services over 40 years ago. Irwin Bone and then his son Bruce, continued to operate under Kelly until 1981 when Time Services was incorporated. Today, Time Services is owned and operated by Kathy Rogers, daughter of Bruce Bone.
To fully serve the business community, Time Services' has three core groups. Time's Goshen office specializes primarily in professional/administrative and industrial staffing, everything from file clerks to warranty specialists, general laborers to CNC machinists. Time's Technical Services provide staffing for the field of engineering and infomation technology; these placements are facilitated from Time's corporate offices in Fort Wayne. Time OnSite was introduced in 1995 allowing Time to exceed its expectations of providing a custom-tailored, managed staffing program that utilizes a customer-focused approach. Time Sevices partners with its clients and provides a full or part time, on-site focus on YOU. This ensures a hands-on approach to timely conflict resolution, accurate reporting, full orientations, supervision assistance, and performance evaluations - both of the employee AND Time Services.
The Goshen Branch of Time Services opened in 1991 and is celebrating 13 years of serving Elkhart County. The Goshen Branch Team continually strives to provide quality service to both client and applicant, working to create the right match between the two.
