Time Services is a third generation family owned business headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana, operating in 18 locations throughout the Great Lakes region of Indiana & Michigan, with a franchise in Ohio. Irwin Bone, the founder of Time Services, as a natural progression for the owner of an executive search business called Bone Personnel, became one of the first licenses of Kelly Services over 40 years ago. Irwin Bone and then his son Bruce, continued to operate under Kelly until 1981 when Time Services was incorporated. Today, Time Services is owned and operated by Kathy Rogers, daughter of Bruce Bone.

A Message from Vern Heacock
"I've always just tried to build a home for people just the way I'd want to have one built for myself.
The experience gained from the number of homes we've built makes it easier for me to understand what clients are saying, what they want in their home and develop a concept for them.
Flexibility is crucial. As a home buyer, you want your builder to be flexible to suit your wishes, so that you can make the changes you want, set up a building program that works for you and not be locked in to a rigid program that charges a premium for any changes.
It seems each year people become more sophisticated about the custom features they want. During our fist 10 years in business we did one curved stairway. Now, many of our homes feature curved stairways as well as other high priority "musts" such as fine custom cabinetry, oversized window walls and nine foot ceilings on the main floor and in basements. We often like to enhance the interior design with layered ceilings, plant ledges, recessed niches and shelf areas.
I believe we have the most conscientious, quality-minded crews out there. People continually notice that our quality is really superior, and it is the creative detail and finishing touches that set our homes apart.
We also have a full-time service manager who is always available if needed and works with the clients from wrap-up detail and all follow-up service. We also do extensive remodeling work and additions by incorporating an entire separate crew to manage and do that work.
Our strong team of employees, sub-contractors and suppliers are dedicated to the making of excellence in each home we build. Town & Country has become a well-known and trusted in the community, a business with integrity.
